Dr. Dustin Hickman is thrilled to provide dental care to the Bryson City community. He is originally from Vero Beach, FL and attended college at the University of South Florida in Tampa, where he obtained a bachelor’s degree in biomedical sciences and a master’s degree in medical sciences. He completed his Doctorate in Dental Surgery (D.D.S.) at New York University College of Dentistry in Manhattan. He has previously practiced dentistry in Central Florida and Arden, North Carolina.

 

As a lover of the great outdoors, he feels that Bryson City is the perfect town for him to set down roots. Dr. Hickman is passionate about helping his patients feel comfortable and providing the highest quality dental care possible. He is dedicated to lifelong learning and improving his dentistry skills through continuing education opportunities.

 

During his free time, Dr. Hickman enjoys being with his family more than anything else. He is also very invested in his hobbies, which include fly fishing, cooking, reading, gardening, leathercrafting and fly tying.
